英国立建築家協会国際賞に「YOTSUYA TENERA」が受賞

英国立建築家協会（以下RIBA）は、海外の優れた建築物（EUを除く）に贈るRIBA国際賞12作品を発表。

受賞12作品の一つに東京都新宿区四谷にある集合住宅 小山光 / KEY OPERATION INC.設計の「YOTSUYA TENERA」が選ばれた。

「YOTSUYA TENERA」は、新宿の住宅街にあるクランクした形状の敷地に建てられた全12戸の3階建集合住宅。各住戸は、一人用として単純なI型の住戸から、2人でも住むことができるようT型・C型・L型と多様な平面空間が構成されている。
